Why does it take so long for the recruitment process these days?  I remember a time when you had 2 interviews followed by a job offer, now its 6 interviews over a 2 month period and then the job gets made redundant before any offer can be made.  No calls today, although I notice the competition is hotting up with more layoffs announced today :(
